I just purchased a gas range with convection oven from Sears Outlet- Front
Street in KC. NEVER AGAIN!!!
The salesperson told me it had a couple of scratches and I accepted it at face
value. Well, I finally got the manual from them. It's also missing an oven rack
and a wok holder. You can't use a wok without their special tray. The oven
should have 3 racks. It will cost me $105 to get the parts. If I had not spent
$300 getting a gas line installed and the oven delivered, I'd tell them to take
their "great customer service" and shove it. Evidently, they have no clue what
customer service is all about. Interesting, I've had friends say they never shop
at Sears due to a variety of incidents similar to this one.
Guess what- I'll never step foot in a Sears store again.
