Random House

About 3-4 years ago I bought an audio book from Columbia House for my wife who put it on a shelf, never using it. Recently I grabbed it to listen to it. When I opened the box I noticed that it was a 4 tape set but it had two copies of Tape1 which made the whole set useless. At the time I couldn't remember where exactly I got it, so I looked up the publisher on the internet and found Random House Customer Service where there was a phone number listed. I called 1-800-726-0600 and spoke to a nice lady who looked up the book with the ISBN number and identified it. She started to give me the phone number to another audiobook club (which, it turns out, was not the one I had been in), but then she said, "Oh, why am I putting you through all that trouble, the mistake happened here anyway." She then took my info and said I would get a new copy in a few weeks. That's how you service a customer!
