This is the second time that I have ordered a small 3-ft. firewire cable from them for $4 and $4 shipping. The last time, they took it upon themselves to add confirmation to the USPS shipment. According to the USPS regs, if you mail an envelope small enough (as they did)(if it passes through a cardboard template USPS has), you must pay an additional $3-4 (can't remember exactly) for the confirmation. I supplied these people with this information, but they insisted the extra $3-4 I had to pay at the post office to pick up my cable was my problem. This time I ordered the same cable again, forgetting these were the ones I dealt with before, and 2 days later (today--the order hadn't even been processed yet!!) they wrote me to tell me there would be an extra shipping charge again (so at least they are aware of it now). I told them I had already paid $4 to ship a $4 cable (it actually costs $0.87-USPS) and if they wanted to add confirmation, that was their cost. They cancelled my order. So they were not satisfied charging 459% extra for shipping, they needed to have 919% extra.
